Booking FAQ's

  • I am nervous about paying on-line. How secure is the website?

    We take security very seriously. All your personal details are encrypted and you will notice the booking pages start with https://. Online payments are processed by Sagepay, a secure payment gateway. Sage Pay is audited by an independent auditor on a regular basis to ensure that they comply with the latest security standards set out by Visa and MasterCard. We do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers

  • What booking confirmation will I receive?

    When you have placed your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email outlining the detail of your booking and participants. The email will also contain your booking reference number, please keep a record of this and retain the email in a safe place. If you have any issues with your booking please contact us via telephone quoting your booking reference number.

  • What should I do if I don't receive an email confirmation?

    If you do not receive confirmation by email, please contact the bookings office on +44 (0) 28 6772 2122 as soon as possible to ensure the booking has been received.

  • I do not have an email address, can I book on-line?

    Unfortunately not, an email address is mandatory to make an on-line booking and receive notification. If you would like to book and do not have an email address, please contact our bookings team direct on +44 (0) 2867 722 122

  • Do you have terms and conditions of booking

    All our bookings have terms and conditions which are available online or on request from reception. It is important that you read and accept these terms and conditions before confirming your booking. All bookings are bound by these terms and conditions.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    Our cancellation and refund policy is dependant on the type of booking and laid out in full in our terms and conditions. Before a booking is accepted, you must check the box which confirms that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

  • Should I / We buy insurance?

    You are advised to insure against and check whether your own personal insurance policy provides cover against certain unavoidable cancellations.
