- Working at Share

All our programmes are designed by highly qualified and experienced staff along with a panel of Senior Training Associates with maximum team inclusion and input with application to the work place at the fore. We believe that experience and review of practical problems in the outdoors can be directly linked to fundamentals of management and teamwork, which in turn can be applied to the work place.
The challenges and tasks which the participants will be faced with have been carefully contrived with the service user in mind and address open and honest communication, time management, information interpretation and dissemination and decision making skills.
We have a proven track record of providing the highest quality team-building programmes and developing these skills in high performance teams as our client base demonstrates

Feedback from Balcas Teambuilding Training Programme 2008
"This residential was part of a 10 week development programme for a key team of first line managers. The Share personnel worked closely with the Balcas course leaders to ensure that the residential met with our overall learning objectives. The result was a fantastic and unforgettable two days for the participants and leaders alike. The Share staff were professional, friendly and flexible. They were able to adapt exercises to meet our needs. They had a 'can-do' attitude and nothing was too much trouble. We all left the centre after learning a lot about ourselves and each other. My lasting memory is that all this learning was done with a great sense of fun and enjoyment! The centre staff quietly managed to deal with participants of mixed ability without ever drawing attention to their specific issues. No one felt excluded or made to feel uncomfortable. On the domestic front, accommodation and catering was first class. All rooms were warm and clean and the food was tasty and wholesome. It was a great experience and very resonably priced. I would be happy to recommend Share to any organisation interested in top drawer management development or team building training interventions."
