Terms And Conditions

An acceptance of your booking will be subject to the following conditions:

1. Booking Form. The booking form must be completed and signed by the person (the Hirer) who is responsible for the booking.

2. The required deposit must be received or a requisition for payment provided before a reservation can be confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

3. Payment of balance must be received six weeks prior to commencement date of the booking. Non-compliance with this condition will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

4. Late Booking. A booking made by the Hirer on a date less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the booking must be accompanied by full rental charge before booking can be confirmed.

5. Entitlement. Only persons for whom the booking is made and whose names appear on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation/ touring campsite allocated and avail of such facilities/services which are included in the rental charge. In the event of any unauthorised person being found in any accommodation, the booking may be terminated by the company forthwith without refund.

6. Bookings will not be accepted from a Hirer under 21 years of age.

7. Cancellation. In the event of any confirmed booking being cancelled by the client 8 weeks or less prior to commencement date of booking, the rental charge will be fully payable. Cancellation by the Company: the Company is relieved from liability should the holiday not be available due to circumstances howsoever arising. In any of these circumstances, the deposit and other monies paid will be refunded in full.

8. Right to decline. The Company, acting through its management, has the right to decline a booking for any reason, even after receipt of the balance amount of the rental charge.

9. No refund will be made if a Hirer is requested to leave the Share Holiday Village or leaves of their own accord before expiration of their booking.

10. Bed Linen. Whilst bed linen is provided, bathroom, kitchen and cot linen is not provided. Bed linen will be provided once per week/weekend/mid-week in accordance with the duration of the booking.

11. Inventory. On arrival, the Hirer is asked to check the inventory list provided in the chalet and to notify reception immediately or any shortcomings not so notified.

12. Hirer's Responsibilities. The Hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. The Hirer also undertakes to report and pay the Company for any damage to the accommodation, any equipment lost, damaged, broken or stolen or any damage caused by the Hirer to any other equipment/facility on site. The accommodation and its contents, site equipment and all utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the hire period.

13. Jet Skis and Powered Craft visiting Share. Visitors to Share are welcome to bring their own boats to operate from our marina on site. However, powered craft boat owners are asked to exit the marina and not ski or drive in the immediate waterfront area, but to locate their activities from one of the many other public jetties to ensure safety of all water users.

14. Groups of young people under 18 years of age must be accompanied by adult leaders responsible for the young people in the party.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Village, facilities, tariffs, chalets and general terms and conditions without notice.
