Participant Guidelines
Group Size Flexibility
We welcome groups with a minimum of 6 participants per session. This can be through a group or a mix of individual bookings.
Fun for All Ages
Children aged 8 and up will thoroughly enjoy and engage with this activity, making it a hit across various age groups.
Important Refund Policy Information
Verification of Booking Details
It’s essential to verify the accuracy of your booking details as reflected in your confirmation. If there are discrepancies, please reach out to us swiftly for necessary adjustments.
Online Bookings and Confirmation
When you book activities online, payment is required in full. Remember to retain your confirmation email as it serves as proof of your booking.
Activity Waiver Requirement
Before participating in any activity, a mandatory waiver must be signed by or on behalf of every participant.
Minimum Participant Requirements
If the minimum participant count for an activity isn’t met, we’ll gladly offer an alternative activity.
Cancellation Policy To cancel, please inform us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled activity. In such cases, we issue credit notes equal to your booking’s value, valid for one year from the issue date. Please note, extensions beyond this period are subject to management approval, and cash refunds are not available.
Non-Refundable Booking Fees
All booking fees are final and non-refundable.
Policy on No-Shows
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credit notes for no-shows.
Changes in Participant Numbers
Should the number of participants decrease from what was initially booked, we are unable to offer refunds or credit for the difference.
Same-Day Booking Cancellations Cancellations of bookings made on the same day are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Cancellation by Management In the rare event that we have to cancel an activity (due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a credit note for the booking value, valid for one year from the issue date.
