Leisure Suite and Gym at Share Discovery Village
Share Fitness offers a variety of fitness courses and facilities. The top-class leisure suite and gym is all based on-site and is the ideal venue for anyone looking to up their fitness regime.
All sessions are currently bookable via our website & times are as follows:

Max 25 people per session
£5.00 per person (Under 3yrs are included in adult fee – No booking needed).
Under 16s must have an adult in the water
Cossum Swim School lessons are on:
Monday – Friday 3.30-7.30pm
Saturday 9.00-2.00pm. Sunday 9.00-2.00pm
2hours notice is needed prior to your slot time for cancellation.
**Under 16’s need adult supervision in the water at all times. (No lifeguard on duty.)**
Our Gym is open during the same time slots and same fee.
Our sauna is available and included in your entry fee.
Please do not attend your session if you are feeling unwell or waiting on a Covid 19 test result.
Our state of the art gymnasium with 19 pieces of high-tech Pulse Fitness equipment contains a range of Cardiovascular and Resistance stations.
Gym inductions are available by appointment and fitness programmes can be tailored to your individual needs. Our in-house Personal Trainers can be arranged to develop a personal programme to suit every fitness level.
Our gym in Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh has a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff which makes it perfect for anyone looking to kick-start their fitness regime.

The entire building and all equipment is fully wheelchair accessible and built to promote inclusion between able bodied and disabled persons.

A key part of the Leisure Suite is our 15m Swimming Pool that has ramps for access to ensure it remains accessible to all.
Glide through the heated, crystal clear waters surrounded by Greek style mosaic tiles and underwater lighting making it a relaxing place to clear your mind after a workout.
Our water jet massage wall will help you to unwind further and our colourful, underwater lit baby pool ensure small children can play in clear view at all times.
During peak times separation lanes may be used and a range of floats are available on request. All Under 16’s must be accompanied i.e. have an adult in the water with them.
The steam room is currently unavailable.
Our Swedish Style wooden sauna induces relaxation and promotes perspiration. A cosy place to rejuvenate, the dry heat will force a slight perspiration aiding the cleansing of your skin of the grime and stress of everyday life.
Our steam room is a Greek style cosy space with large amounts of high temperature steam, creating a high humidity environment for relaxation with purported benefits to health and well being.
The lower heat but higher humidity induces perspiration whilst creating a sensation of total calm. The high heat in the sauna and steam room help promote weight loss.

Our ever-popular Aqua Aerobics offers a fun and energetic fitness class, suitable for all ages and abilities. Aqua Aerobics is a type of resistance training where you follow a series of aerobic moves in our heated indoor swimming pool, for a full body workout designed to tone, improve stamina and burn calories.
Due to the added resistance provided by the water, Aqua Aerobics is perfect for those that want to improve their fitness levels with a low impact workout. It’s much easier on your joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Enjoy sessions that include a spot of aqua dance, stretch-based water yoga and aqua jogging to get your cardio in check.
